Daily Energy Reset Practice Guide

Use this simple practice daily or weekly to clear, align, and reprogram the energy in your home or personal space. This process invites your environment to support your healing, creativity, and peace.




Step 1: Breathe and Center



Stand in the middle of the space. Close your eyes.

Take 3–5 deep breaths.


Affirm:

“I am centered. I bring peace into this space.”




Step 2: Choose a Focus



Pick one small area to work with today:


  • A corner

  • A shelf

  • A whole room

  • Or a single meaningful object



Focus brings clarity.




Step 3: Clear with One Element



Use one of the following to release stagnant or heavy energy:


  • Sound: bells, chimes, singing bowls, clapping

  • Scent: incense, herbs, essential oils

  • Light: open windows, candles, soft lighting

  • Movement: sweep, rearrange, stretch, or dance gently through the space





Step 4: Speak the New Intention



Hold your hands over your heart or over the space.

Affirm aloud or silently:

“This space now holds peace, clarity, love, creativity, etc.”

Visualize that energy spreading through the room.




Step 5: Anchor the Energy



Place a crystal, plant, sacred object, or natural item in the space to hold the frequency.

Let it become a symbol of your intention.




Step 6: Seal with Gratitude



Close your eyes and smile.

Affirm:

“Thank you. This space is now aligned.”

Notice how the energy feels and carry that feeling into your day.
