A. Payment Methods

We accept payments through debit and most credit cards, as well as PayPal.

B. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. Once a session has been booked and completed, refunds are not available. If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24-48 hours in advance.

At Collaborative by Nature, we strive to provide high-quality services and products. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for physical products and services.

By making a purchase on or through www.Collaborativebynature.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund terms.

1. Refunds for Physical Products

​

If you purchase a physical item, you have 14 days from the date you receive the product to initiate a return.

​

A. Return Conditions

​

To be eligible for a full refund:

​

    •    The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

    •    The return must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.

    •    You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

B. Refund Process

​

    1.    Contact us at collaborativebynature@gmail.com to initiate a return.

    2.    Ship the product back to us at the provided address.

    3.    Once we receive and inspect the product, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

​

We reserve the right to deny refunds if the item is not returned in its original condition.

2. Refunds for Services & Sessions

​

A. Completed Services Are Non-Refundable

​

We do not offer refunds for completed services, including but not limited to:

​

    •    Reiki Distance Healing Sessions

    •    Tarot Readings

    •    Spiritual Coaching

    •    Energy Healing and Consultations

​

Due to the nature of these services, all sales are final once the session has been completed.

​

B. Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, you must do so at least 24-48 hours prior to your appointment to be eligible for a refund.

​

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, no refund will be issued.

​

C. No Refunds for Intuitive Insights or Reports

​

All insights, reports, and spiritual guidance provided through our services are subject to personal interpretation. Refunds will not be issued simply because a customer disagrees with or dislikes the information received. 
 

3. No Refunds for Services Purchased as “Products”

​

If a service is listed as a “product” in our shop and purchased as such, the purchase will still be treated as a service. No refunds will be given for services purchased in this manner.

​

4. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Disputes

​

Filing a chargeback for a completed service is considered fraud. If a chargeback is filed against a completed session, we will provide proof of service and dispute the claim. We reserve the right to ban future transactions from customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks.

5. Changes to This Refund Policy

​

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
